Parasport New Brunswick welcomes Simon Richard as the first full time program coordinator


It is with great pleasure that Parasport New Brunswick welcomes Paralympian, Simon Richard as the first full time program coordinator. As a recent Kinesiology graduate from the Université de Moncton and National team athlete, Simon joins the team keen and eager to grow the parasport system in New Brunswick. His background of working with Able Sail/Handi-Voile,  L’Association des aveugles du Quebec, his NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) coaching education, and athletic career has given him the tools required to excel in this role.

“Parasport NB is so excited to have a second full time staff, our organization is growing and we are inching closer to systematic change in creating a parasport system in New Brunswick” Sally Hutt, Executive Director stated. “Simon is a perfect fit for our organization, his raw experience as a para-athlete, education and experience will be an asset to our organization and to the overall growth of parasports in our province.”
