Board of Directors - Call for nominations

Parasport New Brunswick is calling for nominations to fill a number of positions on its Board of Directors. 

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to represent the parasports community within an organization that positively impacts New Brunswickers lives through parasport experiences at every level. Parasport NB is seeking individuals with a passion in moving the parasport system forward in New Brunswick. 

The following positions are available this year: 

Vice-President 

Treasurer (1 year)

Secretary

Member at Large 

Conditions: The organization holds 4 meetings a year along with the Annual General Meeting. Board members are expected to participate in committees or other objectives as required. The term is for two (2) years which may be renewed 

Parasport NB is a leader in providing and facilitating safe and supportive programs, reducing barriers to participation, and integrating all New Brunswickers in the broader parasport community. They are also the governing body for wheelchair basketball, wheelchair rugby, goalball, and boccia, and a supporter of the delivery for all sports in the Paralympic movement.
