Who We Are

Parasport NB is a leader in providing and facilitating safe and supportive programs, reducing barriers to participation, and integrating all New Brunswickers in the broader parasport community. We are also the governing body for wheelchair basketball, wheelchair rugby, goalball, and boccia, and a supporter of the delivery for all sports in the Paralympic movement.

A great showing from Team New Brunswick at Junior Nationals 2026!

This year's Junior Wheelchair Basketball Team NB included four athletes making their debut and they rose to the occasion with hard work, determination, and a willingness to learn. The team battled through a series of hard-fought games, supported one another every step of the way, and proudly represented New Brunswick on the national stage! Boccia is back in Fredericton!

Open to new and experienced players. All equipment is provided! About the event The Fredericton Boccia program will run for six weeks every Monday evening, 5:30pm-7pm from July 13th until August 17th at the Journey Church gymnasium in Fredericton. What is boccia?
