Our Mission
Parasport NB is a leader in providing and facilitating safe and supportive programs, reducing barriers to participation, and integrating all New Brunswickers in the broader parasport community. They are also the governing body for wheelchair basketball, wheelchair rugby, goalball, and boccia, and a supporter of the delivery for all sports in the Paralympic movement.

At Parasport NB, we are committed to building a strong parasport community that enriches the lives of individuals with disabilities. Through extensive consultation with our members, partners and industry leaders, we have developed a strategic plan that will guide us through 2022-2026. Our goal is to provide safe and welcoming opportunities for individuals of all abilities to engage in sports and physical activities, while promoting inclusion, accessibility and excellence.
