Spencer Price

Parasport Coordinator

It wasn't long after my car accident in 2008 that I was introduced to the world of parasports. Parasport gave me the opportunity to travel and compete on all sorts of different levels from Nationals to the Canada Games. I'm glad to have an opportunity to help others have the same opportunities I had.

Austin MacLellan

Recruitment Coordinator

I’ve been involved with para sports for ten years when I was introduced to wheelchair basketball by paralympian Sabrina Durepos, after a recommendation from a physician at Stan Cassidy Rehabilitation Centre. Since then, I have represented Team New Brunswick at two Canada winter games, and U23 Team Canada at a IWBF Junior world championship. Getting introduced to wheelchair basketball gave me the opportunity to be competitive & develop my physical literacy, even after my disability diagnosis. As recruitment coordinator, I am responsible for educating people who are interested in Parasport NB’s programs and answer any questions they have about getting involved.
